My Dulcet Tones
(This is the cringeworthy not so interesting bit)
This is also me. Yes, I admit it, I am a frustrated singer and actor who isn't scared to stand in front of a crowd of people and sing, on the basis that I don't know them and will never see them again.
This video was from a competition called Voice of the Ocean (on a cruise ship naturally). I managed second in the final, which I was happy with given the lady that beat me was a superstar.
The main thing to remember is - don't take it seriously.... it's just a bit of fun. I do it just for the hell of it... everyone should sing loud at least once every day, it's great for your soul.
I've linked below a few songs recorded using the excellent online tools of SingSnap and Smule. They are great fun and allow anyone to get their songs out of the shower and recorded for posterity.

Both of the sites I use have their independant merits. Both can also be used for free with a free account but also have a subscription based service where the choices and options are broader. Singsnap can be used both on PC and via an App on your mobile Device. Smule is available only as an App but can be used on a PC to listen. If you want to record on Smule via a PC then you will need to download a mobile phone emulator that allows you to use Android Apps on your PC. I recommend Bluestacks, my go to app for this type of thing.
