Morgie's Travels 

The start of a new chapter   

On the 30th September 2023, I finally hung up my hat as a full time employee after a 47 year career spanning a range of wonderful jobs. Retirement beckoned and a whole new world of opportunity.

Throughout my life I have always had a passion for travel and retirement now provides the one scarce resource that isnt available when you are working - time. Mark Twain got it right - the one life we are given deserves to be lived to the full.

In that spirit, over the coming months I will be touring around the world in a variety of ways and documenting my experiences here. You can follow me here on my journey,  adventures and musings. Blogs will appear here in reverse chronological order... the newest always ffirst on the list. If you want to start at the beginning go to the end post and work backwards.
